Tina Winkhaus offers a team-building workshop that combines photography with the creation of a commissioned artwork. Together, participants develop a visual concept inspired by their company’s values, history and vision. Tina photographs each team member individually, then combines the portraits into a large-scale group composition using her signature photographic collage technique. The finished artwork captures the team’s shared identity while giving each person their own place within it. Created for display in the company’s offices, it becomes a lasting reminder of the experience.

A team workshop with Tina Winkhaus
Create a large-scale portrait that tells the story of your company and the people behind it. The workshop begins with a conversation about your company’s history, values, products and vision.
Together with Tina Winkhaus, your team develops ideas for the artwork, including its setting, mood and visual style.
A professional styling team helps create each person’s look, coordinating clothing, hair, make-up and accessories. Team members then photograph one another under Tina’s guidance. Everyone takes part, both in front of and behind the camera—no photography experience is needed.
After the photography session, Tina combines the individual portraits into one large-scale artwork in her distinctive artistic style. The finished work is presented to the team, followed by a shared discussion of the experience. The result is a commissioned artwork for your company, shaped by everyone who took part—a lasting expression of your people, your story and what connects you.
